RFS is working exclusively with a leading professional services organization who is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for their newly established company formation division.
About the role
This role will be heavily geared towards setting up sales processes and strategies which generate increased revenue and new business with corporate clients looking to set up or increase their operations in the UAE. Due to continuous growth, our client is expanding their service offerings and is therefore looking to hire an experienced Consultant who has an excellent knowledge of business set up processes, local legislation, trade licenses and complex operating models.
The main purpose of this role will be to identify new industries and prospective clients, develop successful sales strategies, whilst also leading a small sales team and setting KPIs. In addition, the Sales Manager will play an active part in establishing strong relationships with potential clients and partners, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills dealing with C Level executives across a range of industries.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a relevant field, with at least 4 years professional B2B experience working in a similar role ideally within business consulting. A previous track record in developing successful sales strategies and leading a small team is essential.
