About Our Client:
Our client, in search of a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, prioritises safeguarding their digital assets against cyber threats. They value specialised services, strategic consulting, and technical support for comprehensive protection. With tailored solutions, they ensure peace of mind in today’s digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Create clear and actionable strategic roadmaps while also prioritising quick wins with near-term measurable impact.
- Responsible for designing connectivity solutions for existing and potential customers. The role requires extensive knowledge of network topologies and technologies.
- Meet with customer to understand their requirements related to the cybersecurity and recommend the appropriate solutions and services.
- Perform gap analysis against international and national standards such as SAMA, NCA-ECC, NIST, and SANS Top 20 to identify the gaps and build a roadmap of recommendations for the customer.
- Develop cybersecurity technologies’ roadmaps fo customers in different cybersecurity domains such as Data protection, Incident Management, cloud security, etc.
- Handle the pre-sales activities related to the solution positioning, presentations, PoCs/PoVs, technical proposals, etc.
- Perform solution sizing and architecture.
- Oversee the project delivery to assure a successful implementation, healthy closure, and customer satisfaction.
- Align with the sales team to develop new opportunities with the existing and new customers.
- Participate in the business development process by generating new leads with the customers through consultation and advisory.
- Align with the technology vendors for propositions and new business development.
- Prepare presentations to the customers to deliver the advisory and consultation for the proposed cybersecurity programme, solution, or technology.
- Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, attacks, technologies, vendors, market demands, etc.
- Follow-up with the customer and vendors to assure successful opportunity closure and project awarding.
- Support the marketing team to prepare and launch cybersecurity campaigns, promotions, contents, research, and activities on social media or different channels.
Requirements:
- +6 years of experience as a technical pre-sales engineer.
- Bachelor’s degrees in computer science, network engineering, or information security.
- Good knowledge of the latest software technologies and the ability to learn new ones.
- Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to match customer functional requirements and application system options/functionality effectively and efficiently.
