RFS is working with an innovative and independent boutique Asset Management firm, based in the DIFC. This firm specialises in managing their clients’ funds in both public and private markets, and their fully independent structure allows them to offer bespoke, tailor-made solutions to their clients across multiple jurisdictions. Our client is searching for an experienced Relationship Manager to join the team to grow the client base and expand their reach in the region.
About the role
This DFSA regulated company offers a combination of private wealth solutions and a highly developed in-house investment service, so they are well-equipped to meet the needs of HNI and UHNI individuals. The Relationship Manager should have a wealth of experience in dealing with this level of clientele in the region, and should be able to provide suitable investment management solutions that are in line with the client’s aspirations and risk appetite.
You shall serve as the trusted advisor to both new and existing clients by showing excellent communication and knowledge regarding the investment products and solutions that are available. It is very important for the successful candidate to have extremely strong relations with his clients, demonstrating care and commitment to providing the best possible advice.
In addition to servicing any existing clients, a significant part of the role will be to identify and secure new clients in order to increase AUM. All of the functions of this role must be carried out in such a way that adheres to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
Our client will hire someone who is extremely self-motivated and entrepreneurial. You should be capable of managing and growing a large book of HNI and UHNI clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a large book, along with the ability to transfer some of this AUM. The successful Relationship Manager will have excellent knowledge of the financial markets and investment solutions that you will be offering your clients.
