Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze existing data collection systems, making recommendations for improvement.
- Construct and maintain data pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing.
- Manage a team of data engineers in developing effective technological solutions for big data.
- Perform performance diagnostics, SQL optimization, and provide on-call support for critical systems.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to comprehend data needs and put scalable solutions into place.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in multiple programming languages and databases, with expertise in big data technologies.
- Strong experience in data engineering, including the development of data collection systems and pipelines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Excellent SQL skills for performance diagnostics and optimization.
- Effective leadership and team management skills to lead the team of Data Engineers.
- Should have strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other teams.
- Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
