Key responsibilities

- Manage the training budget and track ROI on learning investments
- Coordinate UAE government-sponsored training schemes for Emirati employees through Nafis and GPSSA
- Deliver induction and onboarding programmes for all new joiners across UAE operations
- Report monthly L&D KPIs including training hours, completion rates, and Emiratisation development progress
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or business administration
- 5 to 9 years of L&D experience with at least 3 years managing a UAE L&D function
- CIPD Level 5 L&D or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience managing Emiratisation training programmes and UAE government-sponsored development schemes
- Proficiency in LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, or LinkedIn Learning
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for Arabic and English language learners
- Knowledge of UAE MOHRE training regulations and Nafis programme requirements
- Arabic language skills strongly preferred for Emiratisation programme delivery
