Key responsibilities

- Coordinate with the PRO team on joining and exit paperwork affecting payroll calculations
- Reconcile payroll data with the finance team’s general ledger and cost centre allocations monthly
- Produce payroll reports for MOHRE Emiratisation quota tracking and government authority submissions
- Manage payroll system administration for SAP, Oracle HRMS, Bayzat, or equivalent platforms
- Respond to employee payroll queries within 48 hours and resolve discrepancies before the next payroll cycle
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or business administration
- 4 to 8 years of payroll management experience with at least 3 years managing UAE payroll
- Deep knowledge of UAE WPS regulations, MOHRE payroll requirements, and Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 gratuity calculations
- Experience managing payroll for both UAE mainland and free zone (DIFC, ADGM, JAFZA) employee populations
- Proficiency in payroll systems including SAP HR, Oracle HRMS, ADP, or Bayzat
- Strong Excel skills for payroll reconciliation and audit trail documentation
- Arabic language skills preferred for MOHRE submissions and employee query management
- Understanding of Saudi GOSI and GCC payroll compliance for multi-country payroll functions
