- Coordinate UAE work permit and visa sponsorship processes for placed candidates
- Maintain and grow the team’s active candidate pipeline for business-critical roles
- Report weekly on team activity including calls, interviews, offers, and placements
- Ensure compliance with UAE employment agency regulations and MOHRE recruitment licensing requirements
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent
- 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years managing a UAE recruitment team
- Experience managing UAE recruitment agency operations or in-house TA teams of 5 or more recruiters
- Deep knowledge of UAE work permit categories, MOHRE licensing, and residency visa processes
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and knowledge of UAE-specific job boards
- Bilingual English and Arabic preferred for managing UAE national candidate pipelines
- UAE recruitment agency trade licence awareness and MOHRE registration compliance experience
- Track record delivering executive placements in UAE across finance, technology, or professional services sectors
