Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan.
- Establish and update job requirements and descriptions.
- Perform analysis and finalize the job description for a particular role to record objectives and specifications for the work.
- Create hiring materials and promote positions on relevant job boards.
- Find and hire applicants using social media, databases, and other resources.
- Examine applicant resumes and employment applications.
- Conduct interviews utilizing various trustworthy recruitment and selection tools and techniques to filter candidates on time.
- Evaluate candidates’ aptitudes, experience, soft skills, and pertinent knowledge and abilities.
- Monitor and implement HR hiring best practices.
- Assist the rest of the team with insightful and well-documented recruitment reports.
- Serve as a point of contact and build strong connections with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Enhance the reputation of the business by promoting its employer branding.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working as a recruiter at a staffing agency or in-house, preferably with direct sales agents.
- Strong proficiency in conducting several interview formats, including competency-based, stress-based, and structured interviews
- Practical exposure to a range of selection procedures, including reference checks, phone interviews, and video interviews
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate management systems (CMS), and HR databases
- Practical knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS) or human resource management systems (HRMS), as well as hiring software
- Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
- Bachelors or Masters in Human Resource Management would be preferred.
